Our business law practice includes contract negotiations, business formation and franchise advice, partnership and other business-owner disputes, employment matters, and consumer issues. Our attorneys have represented individuals and entities. We have state and federal court litigation experience and represent plaintiffs and defendants.
Our employee benefits practice focuses on retirement and health and welfare plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”). We represent clients with regard to a diverse range of ERISA matters, including service provider arrangements, benefits disputes, fiduciary breach claims, Department of Labor investigations, and litigation. We represent clients at all levels of the federal courts and have experience in class actions and other complex litigation.
